What happens next

We verify your identity and authority for the account, then confirm the scope and handling timeline by email. Eligible profile, authentication and associated personal data can be deleted or anonymized. Invoice, tax, fraud-prevention and legally required business records may be retained; we will explain applicable exceptions.

For personal data held by a merchant, contact that merchant. Uninstalling TaPAY alone does not delete your account.
